Rome is doing "Builder's Class", which is what we are calling the free clinic offered at Lowe's every other Saturday. He LOVES it as building is by far his favorite activity. He proudly wears his red apron and has so far built a police car and firetruck all on his own.
Rome the builder.
He'll also be doing open gym at Edge gymnastics on the weeks when he doesn't have his builder's class. He's extremely excited to start that too.
After a two year break, Capri is back dancing at Diane's School of Dance. The first year she took off was during kindergarten. She declared then that she didn't want any after school activities. During first grade she desperately wanted to go back to dance. But her class was at 4:00pm and I would have had to pick her up from school to get her there on time. To me, it felt undoable - so we didn't do it. This year, the schedule works just fine and so she's back and could NOT be happier to be!
Capri even gets to be in the same class as her best friend Emma. What could be better than that?
Sable danced last year and is back again with a gazillion other adorable preschoolers. Her class is huge! But it's so cute, fun and she always leaves with a smile.
What about Oz you ask? His main activity lately is following me around the house crying, sobbing, moaning, growling, "ma-ma"ing, with his arms outstretched for me to pick him up. He's just not himself lately and is rarely very happy.
Occasionally he looks like this:
It's usually when he's around animals or I've just given him a chocolate covered graham cracker. One guess as to what elicited these grins.

Sounds like fun! Owen did the Lowe's workshops for a while but was frustrated because of the fine motor skills he needed and lacked. Hopefully someday soon he will go back. The girls look adorable in their skirts! Lydia's loving dance too! Hope Oz feels better!
