She "did NOT want to be a Native American". So when they drew papers to see who would be what, she "was SO happy! Because being a Pilgrim is so much cuter."
I think she's right, she does make an awfully cute pilgrim.

Wow! Your school does such cool stuff! I'm so jealous... in a way, that I would love my kids to have similar experiences, but then again, they couldn't even if this stuff did happen. Looking at the plate, depending on how the corn was prepared they could eat that, but the rest is out of the question. I so miss chatting!
yeah, i don't even know if or what they did at Elora's school for thanksgiving...this is a cute idea.
