Disneyland
After having to postpone the trip to D-Land because of rain, we finally got there and it was so worth the wait. I can easily say it was my favorite trip there yet. The entire family went, my parents, brothers and Erin. Even my brother Spencer went for what was he claimed his first visit. I know the only reason we'd been able to drag him there was because of his nieces and nephews, what a good Uncle he is! He and Josh carried Sable nearly the WHOLE time there. Even though we have a double stroller, the little princess prefers to be carried. Mommy and Daddy usually say NO WAY, but an Uncle can always be depended on to give in.
We didn't get too many photos, we were too busy having a TON of fun. Really this was such a great day, the weather finally becoming marvelous. It was of course super crowded but we got to do nearly all we planned on and wanted to do.
The castle was dripping in Christmas decorations and fake snow, it was SO beautiful.
Sadly this is my only "group picture". Everybody is on there somewhere except for me and Oz (who I was trying to feed but he was doing a swell job of refusing to eat). From the second row in the front: Capri & Jeff, Mom & Dad, Sable & Spencer, Rome & Josh, Dan & Erin, Rob must be in the row behind them.
Mr. Toad's is TRULY a wild ride. You're judged, die, go to hell and then the ride is over. Whoa. There are a few rides in Disneyland where you truly have to wonder if ole Walt just loved scaring the bejeebers out of kids. Don't believe me? Ride the Pinocchio or Snow White ride some day.
Oranges, oranges, oranges!
The kids picked oranges a couple of times with Papa off my parents trees. They get SO many oranges now it's nuts. Picking oranges and making orange juice is seriously one of the kids very favorite things to do in California. They talk about it all year long.

Okay, it wasn't California, but boy did you bring back a lot of memories from my own childhood when we'd go to Florida. Grandma Bev and Grandpa Pa (my brother's mother's parents) had lots and lots of orange and grape fruit trees in their backyard. We used to visit them and pick oranges every year. After we'd leave their place we'd go to Mamie and Pa's (my father's parents) and they'd take us to Disney World each year.
I CAN'T wait to be able to take our own kids! So many magical memories.
Anyways, enough about me, I'm supposed to be commenting on YOUR post. You guys look hilariously exhausted as you're leaving Disney World. Love it!
All of the pictures are so great. I'm so glad you had such a fun time!
