It was cold and rainy and muddy, but still a beautiful Easter day.
We started it off by searching for the baskets.
Then off to Stake Conference with a broadcast from Salt Lake, Elder Oaks and President Monson spoke.
Back home, some Easter pics.
Jeff had to work so it was bed for him and choruses of "when can we have the egg hunt??" for me.
101 Dalmations and popcorn, then hot rock eggs for a diversion.
Jeff awoke and we were ready for "The Hunt".

Pasta Carbonara (pasta with ham and eggs) with peppers and rosemary peasant bread. Capri made little chicks and chickens for the table.
The Reason
I read John 20: 1 - 21 to the kids for scripture study before bed. Capri was SO entranced and full of smiles.

way cute pictures....i love the girls dresses and Rome looks so handsome i can hardly stand it. everytime i see another pic of Sable, she looks more and more grown up! in all these pictures she looks like she absolutely adores her brother and sister and looks especailly proud with her egg hunt booty.

stay tuned for our Easter pics...we are having technical difficulties, the screen backlight on my laptop has good out and although our computer works you can't see crap. so since it's going to cost almost as much as a new laptop to fix it we got a new one which should be ready by monday. the geek squad at Best Buy are transfering all the files and stuff for us although that is costing us an extra $100, doh! i am just glad we didn't loose all our stuff, so it's worth it in my mind. anyway, for now i am just using my work computer for basic stuff like this but i can't post pics etc...until we get our new one up and running. until then...much love, lady lou!

Sable just kills me. The kids are just way too cute and you and Jeff look pretty good, too! Tell Jeff his pink Easter tie was impressive. Can't wait!
It sounds like a fun Easter but a lot of work for you. That had to really stink that Jeff had to work. The kids look so happy though and you look absolutely FABULOUS!!! Is the meal you had a tradition or something that you came up with. I'm very intrigued by it. I've gotta go and change a diaper.
